PP+PET two-component sound-absorbing cotton is a non-woven sound-absorbing material composed of 35%  polyester fifiber with a diameter of 20-30 microns and 65% superfifine PP melt-blown fifiber with a diameter of 1-4  microns. Two-component sound-absorbing cotton is processed based on melt-blowout nonwoven technology  combined with blowout microfifiber technology. Through this kind of blowing processing method, sound-absorbing cotton has both the width and hardness of PP melt-blowout material and the hardness of polyester fifiber. It  absorbs the advantages of two raw materials and has excellent sound-absorbing performance, non-toxicity,  mildew proof, moisture proof, good thermal insulation, easy assembly, environmental protection and other characteristics. When the acoustic vibration passes through the fifiber pores in the melt-blown two-component material, its energy is converted into heat energy under the action of friction loss, which can be effffectively inhibited.
