JWELL-PLA (Polylactic Acid), PBS, PBAT Degradable Sheet Extrusion Line

PLA (polylactic acid) is a renewable biodegradable material made from starch derived from renewable plant resources such  as corn and cassava. PLA is an ideal green polymer material because its production process is pollution-free and the product  can be biodegradable and recycled in nature. Thermal stability of PLA is good, the processing temperature is between 170 ~  230 ℃, it has good solvent resistance. Products made of PLA have the advantages of biodegradable, biocompatibility, gloss,  transparency, good feel and heat resistance, but also have certain bacteria resistance, flflame retardant and ultraviolet  resistance, so it is quite widely used for the packaging of fruits, vegetables, eggs and hard packaging of baked goods, also  for the packaging of sandwiches, cookies and flowers.

PET extrusion, or called PET sheet extruder,PET extrusion machine is quite popular in global market. Especially for PET easy recycled nature in food packaging or other packaging field, PET is quite an ideal thermoforming packaging material nowadays. JWELL parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET extrusion, is a vacuum degas drying-free and energy-saving line, with the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple process and convenient use and maintenance.  According to the customer's production capacity requirements, there are various specifications and models of co-rotating parallel twin extruders with screw diameters of 75/85/95/110/135mm.  The segmented screw combination structure can effectively reduce the viscosity loss of PET resin, the symmetrical and thin-wall calender roller increases the cooling effect and improve the capactity and sheet quality. Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material and master batch precisely, the PET sheet or PLA sheet produced is widely used for thermoforming packaging industry or other fields.
