PET/PLA Twin Screw Extrusion Line

JWELL parallel twin screw extrusion line for PET extrusion, is a vacuum degas drying-free and energy-saving line, with the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple process and convenient use and maintenance.  According to the customer's production capacity requirements, there are various specifications and models of co-rotating parallel twin extruders with screw diameters of 75/85/95/110/135mm.  The segmented screw combination structure can effectively reduce the viscosity loss of PET resin, the symmetrical and thin-wall calender roller increases the cooling effect and improve the capactity and sheet quality. Multi components dosing feeder can control the percentage of virgin material, recycling material and master batch precisely, the PET sheet or PLA sheet produced is widely used for thermoforming packaging industry or other fields.
 

Plastic sheet extrusion line is customized. It's designed according to different application. For special use, will have protect film lamination device, hot film lamination device, coating machine, scanner, deduster, cutter machine, independent winder, and so on.
