Production Process
Plastic Geogrid and Geocell Production Line: The process starts with HDPE or PP granules fed into a single-screw extruder to form sheets. These sheets are then punched into precise mesh apertures, followed by uniaxial or biaxial stretching under controlled heating. The stretching process orients the molecular structure, significantly improving tensile strength and dimensional stability. The finished geogrid is cooled, trimmed, and wound into rolls for easy transportation.
