The PP PET Two-component Sound-absorbing Cotton Production Line system uses a dual-component fiber design-typically 65% fine PP melt-blown fiber (1–4μm) and 35% PET staple fiber (20–30μm).
Through precision fiber spinning, multi-layer web forming, hot-air oven bonding, and online winding, the line achieves uniform fiber distribution and stable thickness control. The unique combination of melt-blown and staple fibers provides both softness and rigidity, ensuring high acoustic energy absorption while maintaining shape retention.
