With a stable extrusion process and refined hot-stamping technology, this line delivers superior surface finish and long-term dimensional stability.
This PS Foam Decorative Frame Profile Extrusion Line is composed of a single-screw main extruder and a co-extruder, combined with a precision cooling tank, a hot stamping embossing unit, a haul-off device, and an automatic stacker. The system adopts ABB variable frequency drives and RKC temperature controllers to ensure accurate temperature control and consistent extrusion speed. The optimized screw design achieves excellent plasticization and stable foaming, resulting in uniform and high-quality PS profiles.
Hot Stamping & Surface Finishing
The hot stamping system, developed with international technology, uses a heat transfer embossing process to transfer decorative films directly onto the PS foam profiles. This ensures perfect adhesion, vivid surface textures, and long-lasting color stability. By adjusting the embossing wheel, the line can easily handle a variety of decorative profiles, enabling flexible production for different design patterns and dimensions.
