Product Description

This extrusion line is designed to manufacture solid or foamed door boards with superior mechanical strength, excellent surface finish, and outstanding thermal and acoustic insulation. The final products are moisture-proof, termite-resistant, corrosion-free, and easy to cut or assemble-serving as a sustainable alternative to traditional wood or MDF boards.

Production Line Composition

At the core of this line is the conical twin-screw extruder, a specially designed system that ensures stable plasticizing, efficient output, and precise temperature control. The extruder is equipped with advanced temperature gauges and automated control systems, allowing precise process management and consistent material performance.

The vacuum calibration table features a high-capacity cooling unit to ensure dimensional accuracy and smooth surface quality. The caterpillar-type haul-off unit is powered by a precision reduction motor and frequency inverter, guaranteeing stable traction and synchronized speed control throughout production.

The cutting and stacking units are built for reliability and safety-offering clean, burr-free cutting and gentle handling of finished door boards. The stacker includes a mobile trolley with a protective rubber layer to prevent surface scratches and ensure efficient material collection.
