The PVC High Speed Profile Extrusion Line is an advanced manufacturing system engineered for producing PVC profiles used in windows, doors, wall panels, decorative trims, and other architectural applications. Production Line Composition
The complete PVC High Speed Profile Extrusion Line consists of several coordinated units: a control system, a conical or parallel twin-screw extruder, an extrusion die, a calibration and cooling platform, a haul-off unit, a cutting device, a film-covering system, and an automatic stacker.Each module is designed for continuous, stable operation with minimal maintenance.


The extruder adopts high-torque gearbox technology and precision temperature control systems from leading international brands such as ABB and RKC, ensuring stable plasticization and uniform melt flow. The haul-off and calibration pumps utilize globally recognized brands to guarantee long-term reliability and smooth production.
