The Dryer-free Vented PET Sheet Extrusion Line is equipped with a multi-component gravimetric feeding system, allowing precise proportioning of virgin resin, recycled flakes, masterbatch, and additives. This ensures consistent sheet properties and supports flexible production formulas. Thanks to PET's excellent recyclability and transparency, the sheets produced are widely used in thermoforming, printing, and food-grade packaging applications.

Dryer-free Vented PET Sheet Extrusion Line models are available in multiple configurations to meet varying production demands. Common options include 800mm sheet lines with 75mm twin screws for outputs of 300–350 kg/h, and 85mm twin screws for 500–600 kg/h. For larger-scale operations, output capacities can be scaled up to 800 kg/h, 1000 kg/h, or even 3000 kg/h, depending on resin viscosity and formulation. Many manufacturers also integrate up to 70–90% recycled material into PET sheet production, reducing costs while supporting global sustainability trends.
