It offers excellent thermal stability with a processing range of 170–230 ℃, strong solvent resistance, and outstanding product properties including gloss, transparency, smooth touch, heat resistance, biocompatibility, antibacterial performance, flame retardancy, and UV resistance. These features make PLA sheets widely applied in packaging for fruits, vegetables, eggs, bakery goods, sandwiches, cookies, and flowers.
Our PLA Degradable Sheet Extrusion Line is engineered to transform this sustainable material into high-quality sheets for packaging and thermoforming applications. The line adopts JWELL parallel twin screw extrusion technology, featuring vacuum degassing and a drying-free design that significantly reduces energy consumption. With optimized screw structure and precise temperature control, the extrusion process ensures minimal viscosity loss and consistent sheet performance.
