Zhoushan, China – From its roots in Zhoushan to a global footprint, JWELL Machinery has once again demonstrated its leadership in the plastics industry. At the 2025 (4th) Plastics Industry Conference and Brand Awards, hosted by the Guangdong Plastics Industry Association and co-organized by Jufeng Plastics Media and Wansu Media, JWELL Machinery was honored with the title of "Outstanding Influential Brand 2025 (Extrusion Machinery Category)

From Family Business to Global Enterprise
In an exclusive interview after the event, Mr. He Haichao, Chairman of JWELL Machinery, reflected on the company's journey.
"JWELL is a family-owned enterprise with nearly 40 years of history. My father started in Zhoushan producing screws, and since the establishment of JWELL Shanghai in 1997, we have expanded steadily for 28 years," said Mr. He.
Today, JWELL operates multiple facilities across Shanghai, Suzhou, Changzhou, Zhejiang, Anhui Chuzhou, and Foshan, while also expanding overseas with subsidiaries in Germany, Thailand, and Spain. "We have grown alongside the world economy, always positioning ourselves as a professional enterprise that adapts to global development trends," he added.

Strategic Internationalization
JWELL has been advancing its internationalization with a clear roadmap. The company first entered Southeast Asia, establishing three plants in Thailand that focus on recycling systems, profile and pipe extrusion, and export-oriented products.
In Europe, JWELL set up an R&D and service hub in Spain, and in Germany made a significant move by acquiring Kautex, a century-old blow molding company with a strong reputation in the hollow extrusion industry. While acknowledging the challenges of cross-cultural integration, Mr. He emphasized:
"Going global is no longer optional; it's a necessity. Southeast Asia has been successful, and Europe holds great potential, but it requires long-term commitment and careful guidance."

Building a Strong Global Brand
JWELL Machinery has built strong brand recognition over four decades. Early adoption of CE and ISO certifications, combined with the integration of components from world-renowned suppliers such as Siemens and ABB, has positioned the company to meet stringent European and American safety standards.
"True internationalization means more than building factories abroad-it's about creating new business models and attracting talent from around the world," said Mr. He. "A strong system and shared vision allow us to unite global teams and consistently deliver value to customers."
Recognition and Future Outlook
Winning the "Outstanding Influential Brand 2025" award is both a recognition of JWELL's enduring innovation in extrusion technology and a testament to its role as an industry leader.
From a family-run workshop in Zhoushan to a global enterprise with multiple overseas bases, JWELL continues to set benchmarks in extrusion machinery. Looking ahead, the company will keep exploring innovative business models, enhancing product competitiveness, and expanding its international brand influence-while working hand in hand with customers worldwide to shape the future of the plastics industry.
