Unidirectional Tape/Sheet
The LFT CFP FRP CFRT Continuous Fiber Reinforced Composite Production Line produces CFRTP‐UD tape/sheet where fibers are aligned in the 0° direction (parallel), without interlacing. Product width is customizable in range 300-1500 mm, and thickness typically 0.1-0.45 mm. Surface density in range 100-650 gsm; fiber content ≈ 40-70%. Infiltration (resin impregnation) ≥ 95%.
Process Steps
Key modules include unwinding frame, fiber spreading system, resin impregnation (melt or slurry as required), precision die, roller/cooling systems, traction pullers, winding systems. Speed and width can be adjusted per customer requirements.
